I first submitted invoices via app. I didn't hear back for 2 weeks so I contacted customer service. The were very helpful and friendly. It appears the invoices never made it to my account. I re-submitted and received feedback about the invoices within 24 hours.

I got Trupanion to help with emergencies and in case my puppy develops a condition. We had an emergency, he was sick and had blood coming out of his rectum on a Saturday. We had to drive him 2.5 hrs away to the closest facility. Trupanion denied his entire claim again.
