The person that assisted me was knowledgeable, had outstanding interpersonal skills, and I felt that she was a great consultant. She walked me through my options and it was a great dialog about which option would be best for me based on my needs. Outstanding customer service and she made the overall process very quick and easy. It felt like I was talking to a friend/ fellow pet lover about insurance and not someone I had never met before which made the experience that much better.

Very easy to submit claims and a rapid turn around time for approval or denial.
Very easy to submit claims and a rapid turn around time for approval or denial. The monthly rate did increase a good amount after the first year and the $200 deductible is for each separate illness/injury, which is a little misleading
