Still Charging me after processing the euthanasia claim and cancellation of my plan.
Terrible, when I wanted to cancel my plan, the agent used manipulation, “I would hate to see you cancel and then not have the money to help your pet.” When I called to confirm the total coverage for my dogs hospital stay and blood transfusions that resulted in my dish death, the agent told me, “to have a wonderful day.” When I explained that in times like these some sensitivity is required, my beloved dog was in hospital dying and I didn’t have the $10,000 to save his life.” She hung up on me. My dog was euthanized, they processed the claim on April 30th, cancelled my insurance as a result and still billed me in May. The manager keeps calling me to talk about my issues, leaves her name but no extension to reach her. I have called several times but not knowing her extension makes the calls futile. This is a poorly run company, take your business elsewhere.

Trupanion is great pet insurance…
Trupanion is great pet insurance company. It has allowed us to give our dog the care he needs for a very unusual arthritis condition that has impaired his mobility for over 5 years. They cover 90% after the first claim with no yearly resets. We rather not use it, but it is has been there for us and we are grateful.
