Been with Trupanion for over 18 years...they are always helpful, professional, caring. Very easy to contact and filing claims is quick..many clinics do it directly. The peace of mind that we have with Trupanion takes away a lot of stress.

It was very easy to upload a claim to the portal. Only thing i will say they need more customer service representative because Ben you call for questions you could be on hold waiting for a rep for over 30 min before anyone could help you.

We are fairly new to the pet scene and wasn't sure about pet insurance but we sure have learned a good lesson on having protection when you least expect to use it. What a relief it was to have such a great first expierence with the Trupanion company and it was excellent from the day we had to have our puppy taken to the vet and right through the surgery. It was great to only make 1 phone call and everything was handled so quickly and professionally. Now I know why when we checked out different insurance companies we chose you.Thanks again Trupanion!!!!!!
