I believe from my experiences that not covering exams do not seem to be the best for the client and pet.

I believe from my experiences that not covering exams do not seem to be the best for the client and pet. If not all the price of the exams at least cover a percentage. We do not know what other treatments the pet will need without an exam. It would make sense then to have the exam included in what you cover.

I haven¡¦t had to use it yet thankfully but the customer service is great and the fact that a lot of vets are able to get paid directly from trupanion instead of paying up front and getting reimbursed is awesome!

I had a different insurance before this but the reimbursement seemed like it¡¦d be a pain and could take a while to get the funds.
