Thanks for saving her life again. This is the 4th major incident
Never have we had a pet with as many complications in her health as Patches. 2 major surgeries bowel obstructions, 1 life threatening systemic infections, and now a partial bowel obstruction. Your company is amazing and so prompt with their response to our claims. We adore our pup and two days without her led to 4 people missing her terribly. We cannot express our gratitude enough.

TRUPANION IS A LIFESAVER! My little Sofie was diagnosed with a huge brain tumor during the height of COVID! Trupanion has been amazing through the whole process, the site and payment process is all very easy and the team is all very nice and caring! Easy to submit claim
Easy to submit claim. Wish review process was quicker. Was definitely quicker than my first time submitting a claim, though, with better communication as well. Overall a much better experience than my first claim.

Petplan, now Fetch honors all the payments according to our policy. After deductible, they pay 80 % of all our Max's medical expenses. Easy to do the claim. Fast answers to claims and prompt actions. Very satisfied with the services and assistance.

From pet plan to the fetch
We have had pet plan for 2 yrs now and it seems they are now the fetch.. which has not changed our amazing experience. We have smooth claims resolutions and always get great customer service. Only thing is i dont recall announcement on brands changes ( from pet plan to fetch) but as services is great.. not complains (:
