Best decision I've made as a pet owner is purchasing a policy with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. Everything has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Don't do it!
Was told that they were unable to read a claim. I had the vet provide another copy; a week later I received another email saying there was another problem. I called and after being on hold for about 20 minutes I got through to someone and they told me the claim would be processed. A month and a week later and nothing has happened. Do not get pet insurance through them, this has been a tremendous waste of time. I have cancelled my policy and they couldn't care less. **Updated** I have no issue with info needing to be clear, but I do have an issue with extensive miscommunication among employees regarding the same claim and the amount of time it takes to process a claim. By the way please do better . . . my dog's name is DIEZEL . . . per my last comment, you couldn't care less.

Lemonade makes it so easy to request a claim and fast service.
Lemonade has been great. Their app/website is easy to follow and fast response. We have a new puppy and as expected she will have a few extra claims while she is young. I expect vet visits to drop off significantly after she is spayed. I highly recommend Lemonade.

Claim Handled Quickly and Fairly
Our dog ingested some grapes and had to be taken to the emergency vet to induce vomiting, receive fluids, and have labs and monitoring done. The claim process was easy and paid fairly with no drama or fuss. We're very thankful that we have this insurance for our pup.

Recently acquired two German Shepherd puppies at 7 weeks old. As anyone can tell you, the first year's veterinary costs add up quickly! Multiple office visits for the plethora of vaccinations and check-ups required for a healthy puppy, can leave you light in the wallet. With Lemonade, I recuperated most of my out-of-pocket expenses quickly and easily!
