Been with Embrace since my dog was a puppy and great customer service, very reliable outfit.
We have been insured with Embrace since my 10 year old mix lab was a puppy. Had to use our policy a couple of times and always got a quick response and fast refund. Customer service representatives are quick to answer your requests, great communications online.

Best Insurance Ever
This has been the best experience ever since a lump was found in my dog's chest. Many tests and Pets Best has paid on my claims which helps us out with all the tests that have had to be performed.

I'm grateful for Embrace
My dog needed knee surgery. I put a claim in and within 10 days I found out 80% of the surgery bill would be reimbursed. It's a life saver. Thank you

You've been a financial lifesaver for our babies
So much had been going, I hadn't gotten my billings sent. Then Tayla Sue had a lump on her rib cage and it was cancer. When I started sending in the paperwork, the money Nationwide returned helped us so much with her surgery. Thank you so much. Just like any insurance, most of the time you have it & don't need it, BUT when you DO need it, they've been wonderful
