Moreover, I erroneously let Bug-Z's policy lapse and it was a breeze to re-instate it, without incurring penalties and other costs. Thus far Truepanion, and its employees, have proven to be an excellent team that truly love dogs. I recommend them to all dog owners.

The claim process is very easy and we receive information as to the resolution. The timing took a little longer than expected, but they did notify us that they had received a large influx of claims and were doing their best to resolve.

Super Quick and Easy to Use
I've used Lemonade for my previous claims and it couldn't be simpler. They actually caught some things after my first submission that i didn't put in and were able to quickly adjust and help me save more money on my claim. Nothing but positives in my first two months of Lemonade.

Beware of continuous rate increases.
Up until 2 years ago, I raved about this company. They were responsive and quick to pay all claims. Last year my policy went up almost 40% and this year, the same thing. In the past two years my policy has increased over 80% without one claim. While they say that your rates do not go up because of claims on your pet, they just go up based on the claims history for all the other pets they insure. Just like everything else, I'm paying for all the other pet's out there.
