I submitted my claim with receipt in November and received an email confirming receipt.
I submitted my claim with receipt in November and received an email confirming receipt. When I hadn’t heard anything at the end of January, I contacted Trupanion and they had no record of the claim. They asked me to resubmit the invoice. A few days later, they apparently found it and issued my check. I seem to have issues with EVERY claim.

It's fine but I feel like I pay a lot each month and with a $1000 deductible I have just a small amount toward each problem.
It's fine, but I feel like I pay a lot each month and with a $1000 deductible I have just a small amount toward each problem. An occasional ear infection and now I am giving Finn supplements for joints. I feel like I am in for the long haul now that he is older but I am not at all sure that insurance is the way to go for me. When I realize that I have already spent thousands of dollars I could just have a pete savings account on my own and have what I need for a surgery.
