Trupanion’s customer service is wa-a-a-y-y better than any of the insurance companies I have had for my own health care.

They reimburse payments for treatment within 48 hrs and/or make direct payments immediately to our veterinarian. ?? And get this- they let the doctor determine what my little Sky needs and trust our vet’s professional opinion. ??They respond to emails ??immediately and get this too- they actually answer the phone. ?? I’m so glad we signed up when Sky was just a puppy. ?????? ?????????????
