Mindi was so lovely and helpful.
Mindi was so lovely and helpful. Great staff person. All Trupanion staff are great. However, Trupanion's policies on existing conditions is biased against rescue dogs and favours designer dogs who will ultimately have more expensive claims in the future. I'm only keeping my insurance in of an accident as that seems like the only thing she's covered for.
