Fetch Gets it Done
Fetch is expedient in reviewing each claim I submit. They communicate the status of each claim after they have received it ! I am satisfied with the receipt of money designated for refund from claim expenses.

Slower reimbursement than before
I realize Pets Best probably has a lot of claims to process but it takes much longer than it used to to receive reimbursement. Probably isn’t an issue for some people but for someone on a fixed income it is. May have to consider another provider.
