Incredible Experience and Great Benefits
Instantaneous coverage bound with one click, no long-term commitment or money required for first 30 days, waiting periods waived, adequate time to assess whether I wanted to extend coverage (30 days), and clearly written benefits on the website... as well as an easy-to-find policy sample to review all the details I needed to make an informed decision. Because of all of this I felt comfortable moving forward right away. I possess a unique background for this review, having previously owned an insurance agency for 10+ years, having purchased pet insurance before, and now I'm in online marketing. It was a uniquely superb way to engage me to take the trial, present benefits in an understandable and simple manner, and modify the coverage to fit my budget. And oh yeah, I'm a skeptic who doesn't buy a pack of gum without fully vetting it out. Awesome experience, and I feel very confident we made the right decision for our puppy. :-)
