In the past I have always praised your company highly and I know personally one of the people involved in starting it.
In the past I have always praised your company highly, and I know personally one of the people involved in starting it. But now I am being given a run-around about sending in 4 invoices for my new puppy. I made an error stating the onset of a medical condition and now I have to do an "appeals process" to change the date, asking my overworked vet's staff to call you..... it is all a bit much. If she has that condition before I got her he would have noted it on the first puppy exam, instead it was months later that we began treating it and now you are saying it was before I got her. Mea culpa, I put her adoption date as the onset date, that was AN ERROR.
