So far Trupanion representatives have been fantastic at answering any questions or concerns I've had.

The cost is equal to or less than competitors, but with way more value in the form of what's covered, especially additional things such as dental work coverage. They're accepting of owners providing their own documented core vaccines. I would 100% use Trupanion again for any future animals.
