My claim was processed with such ease. The only thing I would change is the hold time when you call in by phone. You have to wait for quite a while to talk to someone.

Your staff is very helpful. Dog insurance is an absolute necessity in todays world with the expenses of medical care rising so quickly. This is the first dog I have ever insured. I have been a dog owner all my life.
