I want to thank Nationwide Pet Insurance for all the assistance in helping me keep my Zeus in good health. He recently went in for surgery ACL Torn, hind leg. He is recovering well and it will take approximately 6 months to be back to hopefully normal use of his leg.

Highly recommend the pet insurance policy that ASPCA offers for your pets. ASPCA has been remarkable for us during our time dealing with an illness that my rat terrier had occurred. ASPCA has been very helpful and understanding in helping get her claims paid quickly. Again I would highly recommend the pet insurance policy for anyone that love their pets as much as we love ours. I always have some bizarre questions about anything regarding my policy and Nationwide has ALWAYS been very patient with me. If you're a pet owner like me where your pet isn't just a pet, more like a child to you, Nationwide is definitely the insurance for you. The vet hotline is VERY helpful. You can call in or chat with them with whatever questions or concerns you may have. They're always very nice and walk me through anything I need assistance in. It saves you a trip to the vet or answers any questions you feel the internet can't, or just need another opinion on. My dog is my world and I believe we are in great hands with Nationwide.

We take comfort in having pet insurance on Darla. In Knowing I am able to meet darlas needs If an issue should arrive.

I was with VPI Pet Insurance....Nationwide took it over, with the same great service!

We have been insured with Embrace for approximately 5 years and until recently never had a substantial claim. Although we tried going the conservative way by getting a brace we ended up having to have surgery for a torn ACL. They have taken great care and covered the brace, surgery and physical therapy. My only concern was that once our dog turned 5 (even though we had no claims other than minor things) the rates went up substantially and so we had to reduce our coverage and raise the deductible in order for us to be able to keep her insured, which thankfully, we had during this difficult time.

Complete Scam. They advertise their pet insurance policies at a lower rate and then SKYROCKET the premium after one year. I was paying $36.97 a month starting on 4/20/17 and as soon as my coverage renewed on 3/20/18 they increased the premium to $69.93. THAT IS OVER 190% INCREASE. STAY AWAY. I NEVER SUBMITTED A CLAIM.

My Cane Corso became very ill and had to have emergency services at the tune of $900 which I was not prepared for but ASPCA stepped in and expedited my claim and reimbursed me an adequate amount after I met my deductible. I was thankful that I not only had this additional coverage but the claims representatives were courteous and compassionate and assured me that they would do their best to process my claim as quickly as possible!
