No one ever makes you feel as though you are wasting their time, they always make you feel as though your question/issue is the most important of the day.

It was pretty painless. I waited a little while to file my claims due to thinking it was going to be difficult. But surprisingly I did everything on my phone through the app. Then my vet hospital and Your company did the rest.
