I purchased the accident/illness and wellness policies, and it was so easy and straight to the point. I haven't used it yet, but I feel at ease that my 10 month-old cat is protected. Hopefully, when I do file a claim it will be just as smooth.

The ease of placing a claim has gotten easier over the years. I’ve been with Trupanion for 11 years and the staff there has been nothing but wonderful. And claims are processed so quick, I usually only wait 1-3 days for a refund from a claim.
