Trupanion is Compassionate
Before my daughter passed away she left her two little dogs in my care. I knew she had Trupanion pet insurance but did not know how I could continue the coverage under my name. I called Trupanion and asked how I could transfer the policy to my name. Aurora was so compassionate and helpful and now I feel relieved that my daughter's little dogs will continue to have Trupanion there when we need them.

The Perfect Insurance Company
My beloved dog was diagnosed with lymphoma and had to spend several days in the ICU on oxygen. The cost of the treatment has been astronomical (more than $20,000). Submitting claims through the app couldn't be any easier - just snap a picture of the invoice. They quickly approve claims and send reimbursement. Being able to take care of my girl without worrying at all about the cost of her treatment is amazing. Coincidentally, my mom's dog was hospitalized around the same time. She is insured through a different company and a huge portion of her treatment costs were inexplicably denied. Healthy Paws is the perfect pet insurance company - purchasing this policy was the smartest thing I've ever done.

Helpful, Considerate Employee
I called Trupanion in order to clear a problem that I was having regarding he payment plan that is new to Trupanion. Spoke to Scout who was very helpful and he promised to look into the matter. I will know for sure if my problem was resolved when I visit my Vet again in 2 weeks.
