Trupanion is outstanding. You guys gave us years with our dog that frankly we would not have been able to afford had we not had insurance when problems arose. My wife and I will forever be grateful for everything you did to support us and knowing we had you in our corner allowed us to never second guess the cost of properly caring for our family member when in need. Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. When we adopted our dog we knew the things his breed goes through so we chose Trupanion to help us and now after almost a year of paying you, I should have just saved the 109$ monthly and I could have paid the surgery you have denied me for. What's the point of this insurance?
