My poor baby was vomiting and weak. The vet recommended testing and the results came back positive for pancreatitis. I couldn't wait for the office to get approval from Trupanion so I let them do what was needed and purchased medicine and food for her condition. Afraid and worried that our claim would be denied since procedures had already been done, I submitted the vet invoice and within a couple of days, had an email ensuring me that they would cover Harley's medical cost just as it was outlined when we signed up for the coverage. The app made it so easy and stress free. Love Trupanion.

I like how you have direct bill with participating vets.
I like how you have direct bill with participating vets. Also, you cover 90% of the vet bill while many companies cover the scheduled amount which can fall short on the actual vet bill. I was an insurance agent so I am aware of the differences in coverage and your company offers the best coverage. I've compared many companies, Trupanion always comes up superior.
