The devil is in the details
Trupanion responds pretty quickly. Couple observations: 1. Examination fees are NOT covered. 2. Unlike human health insurance, the deductible is per visit, not annual, so be prepared to pay out per visit unless one pays a higher premium to lower or reduce the deductible to zero. Otherwise the service is good and one knows the value of recovery by the end of the pet’s visit.

After my dog passed away and i had a lot of invoices to submit, Christopher made sure that I got paid right away, was truly caring and professional.
