DON'T buy Pets Best - they are the WORST
Do NOT buy Pets Best - they are the absolute worst insurance. First, they are taking TWO (2) MONTHS to process a single claim! How ridiculous is that? Next, they don't COVER ANYTHING ! So basically all you are paying for pet insurance and receiving NOTHING in return. NOTHING. I even paid extra for wellness - guess what? They didn't cover the wellness either ! Terrible corrupt dishonest company. Don't buy !
