It was very easy to use. Extremely responsive to the invoices submitted. The turn around time was amazing. I called to ask a question and the person that answered the phone was very courteous and knowledgeable. When he found out my dog had passed, he was very sympathetic. It was a pleasure.

so easy to understand the policy. easy to finish the process... I would like to have a yearly-option to pay with a little discount as well... also, a veteran discount would be nice

The cost And always going up.
The cost, And always going up. I got it when the dogs were puppies so that I was able to afford the policy. I feel now that they are older my premium is gradually going up. In the future I would probably explore other policies and wait until the dogs are a little older to obtain another policy. I have been paying the policy for 11 years!
