Ive always been happy with you and I refer you to everyone.... 9 years now. You have cared for two of my dogs, with care and compassion. My vets also seem to like working with you. We had one moment last year after my 7 year old needed a tooth puled.....where your underwriters tried to pull up something irrelevant from my dog when she was 8 weeks old. My vet thought is was ridiculous and had to waste his time trying to call you... it took him 12 goes to get a call back.... in the end it worked out... but its the reason i'm no longer giving you ten stars... but Im still a customer.
