I asked the customer service department , Octavia, if I submitted a claim already and she answered my question in less than 5 minutes. She’s excellent, as well as the company in quickness of viewing doctor’s notes, and paid receipts from my vet’s office and returning payment to me. I’ve been with Nationwide for years. Thank you!

Great Insurance!
I've had nothing but good experiences with Trupanion. I've had several claims that saved me thousands of dollars. My most recent claim was the discovery that I could get reimbursed for a medication my pet takes for skin allergies. Trupanion reimbursed me for invoices from 2019 through 2022, an unexpected reimbursement of nearly $3,000! Even better is that going forward I will get reimbursed for this allergy med that costs over $200 every few months!

My cat went to the ER in respiratory distress
My cat went to the ER in respiratory distress. They kept him in ICU for the night. The bill was quite expensive. As per my agreement with Embrace, they paid 70% of the bill, no questions asked. This was such a relief. They sent me a check in the mail, and kept me updated on the Embrace app. This was a wonderful experience.
