After looking at many pet insurance policies, I decided to go with Trupanion and am so glad I did. Excellent and knowledgeable service reps. Submitted my first claim form which was not complicated. Receive almost immediate acknowledgment of receipt.

Extremely unhappy
I’m just a little confused -my bill for the vet was over $500 dollars -I get reimbursed $85 -to me the wellness plan waste of money -never covered the wellness visit or my dogs ear infection -not happy what so ever

I would like to give 4 stars but because of the communication and not giving me the proper information in a timely manner, I have to say 3 stars. The representatives always come across sincere. Unless we can walk away understanding the situation and hopefully benefiting further from it, it’s frustrating. The representative meant well but better communication is in order. Peace
