Glad to have insurance on my puppy. It definitely came in handy when my dog got very sick! I've been telling all my friends about how lucky I was to buy insurance when I first got my dog and that everyone should think about getting pet insurance just to put your mind at ease if anything were to happen you can afford to help your dog in case of an emergency. Only thing to complain about is some of the exclusions are annoying to have as it doesn't feel "all inclusive" when going to the vet so you're not always covered even if it's recommended from the vet and you won't know that unless you're very detailed in reading the fine print.

So far Amazing.
After having my pup Loki go thru luxating patella surgery we found out it did not take, his patella was till slipping out of place so we have to go back to the surgeon for revision. Turned out he had to undergo another surgery to be able to tighten more of the ligaments. Pets Best have helped a lot with the costs of these surgeries; being single and in one income is hard; would not have been able to get it done with out Pets Best Insurance.

Best thing ever did was get Pet Insurance.
We have had Pet Insurance for many years for our two dogs. Our Poor little corgi has had so much issues. Most of her issues have been covered with this insurance. It is a peace of mind knowing we will not be out of pocket for all the expenses. If you love your animal I would highly recommend pet insurance.

Normally I would give a 10 as a review. But my last claim took almost two months to be processed. This is the first time that has ever happen. Normally my claim is processed within 3-4 weeks. But overall I am still very satisfied with Nationwide and it’s coverage. I have a dog and a cat insured.

You hope to never use your insurance, but when the time comes to place a claim the true value of the insurance company you selected becomes apparent. Pets Best offers its customers great service, easy to understand policies, is affordable and pays claims quickly. Similar to health care, pet care can be very expensive. I'm glad I covered my kitten who is now 2 years old and suddenly became ill. Having pet insurance allowed me to focus more on his care and less on the vet bills. Purchasing Nationwide for our Lab puppy Rex is the best decision and investment we have made to keep him healthy! Not only does it cover all his shots and flea prevention, but also his ear infection, cracked tooth removal and other veterinary care. I love that the claim process is so simple. We pay the bill, they complete the claim form and send it in and within a week or so we recieve a check. Most of all, it has given us the peace of mind that we will be able to provide Rex with the health care he needs!
