I first enrolled in Embrace for my mastiff pup, but shortly thereafter added my old man beagle just for completeness. It turns out to be one of the best decisions I ever made for his care. My little man had en extremely rough time this year, suffering from bloat and later developing seizures. Trips of the ER are never easy, but at least I could make decisions based on his quality of life, and not the limitations of my wallet. Embrace has always been easy and accommodating for the small things: wellness visits, the odd ear infection, etc. I wasn't sure if I'd get more push back or hold ups when it came to big ticket items like emergency surgery and MRIs. As it turns out though, the answer was no. Everything went through just as smoothly as normal, my boy is alive and well, and I didn't have to mortgage my house to see that happen. I cannot recommend Embrace more highly. They've been fantastic beyond words.

Cancel coverage
Regarding the subject telephone conversation, with your associate, I clearly stated that the purpose of my call, was to cancel the insurance coverage, due to the rapidly increasing premiums. That call should have cancelled your processing of the bank debit payments of premiums for November and December. Shame on your company! Your company, notwithstanding my verbal previously stated cancellation order, on December 23rd, I received a email dunning message for the January premium. I've had to cancel the credit card that you use to collect the premiums, in order to curtail any more debits by your company.
