Love them, but I wish they covered at least a portion of medications
I am always very pleased with this company, and the service that I receive from them. I only wish they covered at least part of the medications for services rendered by me vet.

We are very thankful to be able to have this insurance for out pets.
We have had many cats and dogs and have had VPI/Nationwide insurance for them for the past 20 plus years. It has saved us many times. I love knowing that if something happens to one of them, we can go any where to the best doctor without having to worry not being able to afford it. Filing a claim is very easy and you can track the progress online. I am a dog trainer and recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to all my classes and clients.

I liked having Trupanion for insurance for Kiara.
I liked having Trupanion for insurance for Kiara. What I didn’t like at all was that I was lied to normalize times by a number of Trupanion employees regarding the cost of Kiara’s insurance. Because when Kiara was signed up with Trupanion we were supposed to have a discount because I work in the veterinary industry. And every time I call I would always ask and question about that discount and I was always told that it was applied. Then I found out that it wasn’t applied. And when I had it looked into no one could explain what happened

Great people and very responsible! Thanks! After a hit by car my dog “Bruno” survived and all payments responsibility paid in time. Our family are totally convinced without insurance wouldn’t be possible to save Bruno’s life, one year old I thought never happened to my dog but unfortunately did happen.

I would like to give my thanks to Camille and the whole Trupanion team. My dog has serve allergies and one of his allergies is grass. We are in the vets office all the time with ear infections, skin infections, ect... I am thankful that I know I can rely on you helping me afford the cost to take care of my Rome. I don’t have to worry about giving my dog the nessessery care because I can’t afford it. I tell everyone I know with pets get Trupanion...... you don’t want to get into a situation we’re your surrending your pet because you can’t pay. and Its a sad reality but people do it all the time. Another amazing thing I love about Trupanion is that my monthly premium has not gone up to an unreasonable unaffordable amount. I truly feel like you do care about pet care needs.
