The “cap” of services such as well pet vaccines seems to be too low for the cost and getting estimates should be an option

Turn around time seems to be taking longer and longer
Process takes to long and monthly payments increase is becoming more significant. I know premium goes up each year due to age but my dogs are only 5 and hike since 1 st year is crazy. Will probably be dropping within next year

Very happy with Pets Best
I had a bad experience with pet insurance in the past but did some intensive homework and decided you offered the best insurance and your website was extremely user friendly! I purchased insurance for my 2 new dogs - and submitted a claim hoping it would go through properly. The claim was easy to submit and I was notified quickly and paid by direct deposit very quickly as well. I am very very happy with the company!!!!!!! I submitted three claims. This was the first time I had ever submitted claims. I appreciated the email reply that I quickly received telling me that you had received my claims. I received the statements explaining benefit coverage within a few days and received the payment directly deposited into my checking account on that same day. I'm so glad that I have insurance for my dog! I never had pet insurance for my former four dogs. When they were ill, the huge bills all came at once and were difficult to pay. Having insurance is like having a savings account ready for your use. It's wonderful! Thank you!

ASCPA pet insurance is fantastic
I filed a claim for a leg injury on Thursday March 14,2019 and I received my direct deposit on Thursday March 21st. I was totally shocked this was processed and the claim was paid in a weeks time. The claim form was easy to fill out, I uploaded it and sent it in. I have always been kind of leery about pet insurance because of the horror stories I have read and heard about claims not being paid, but ASCPA took those fears away. Totally committed to this insurance company for my pets illness and injury coverage

your the best !
We have a "fur" child that we will do anything for, so your Wellness plan was a must for us. We are retired and worrying about costs that may or may not come up was not a chance we wanted to take. ( our last pup had gotten very ill and cost us a fortune- but we were still earning money then). Once we got the insurance, we had some peace of mind. The product is exactly what was promised and is very easy to use. ( My husband and I were laughing the other day telling our friends that we wish we could be dependents on our dog's insurance instead of ours!) I highly recommend this plan.
