Claim Process Great But Increases Bad
The claim experience was very easy and Trupanion was very quick to send payment. This is very appreciative. What I don't like and would keep me from recommending insurance to others is the steep and steady increase in premiums. It is unsustainable.

Great service but priced unaffordable.
Everything is great except the price per month. It goes up every year and when I ask the vets get blamed. It's not the vets fault.

Every dealing I have had with Trupanion and their online staff has been great! My kitty needed an ECG unexpectedly and not only did Trupanion pay for it, they also paid for the follow up ECG 6 months later. I will never insure a pet with anyone else!

Member for 12 years with no complaints. Claims quickly assessed and payment issued. Always able to speak with an Embracer if needed. The only problem I have had was getting response to emails, but again there is always a real person available. If your furry person needs a special diet Embrace pays for it . My cat has many allergies, Embrace paid for 80% of the expense for skin testing which was $2,000 and all his medicines were paid for under the Wellness plan which is less than $19 a month. Yearly exams are covered in full if you have Wellness and any bloodwork is covered in full. My cat is a senior now and senior blood tests are $300to $400 and are covered by Wellness. This company offers dental with anesthesia and accident coverage as well as joint surgery. The initial waiting period when you sign up is 10 days. Can't say enough positive things about this company. They will pay your Vet directly which makes it easier all around. I never have to concern myself that I can't provide the care my cat needs, Embrace is there at a reasonable price.

We Love Healthy Paws
We are forever grateful that we have Healthy Paws for our dog. We would do whatever it takes for our sweet boy to be healthy. Healthy Paws gives us a peace of mind that we will be able to afford to do that. Healthy Paws allows you to customize your plan based on how much you want covered and refunded versus how much you want to pay a month. The process to submit a claim is so easy - my vets office was even impressed. A few clicks on the app and you are done! They communicate effectively where they are in the process. Granted, we are all looking at the pet insurance for monetary reasons but Healthy Paws goes a step further and they have called and e-mailed to check on our dog and how he is doing, after we submit a claim for a major event (ear hematoma, knee surgery, etc.). I cannot say enough positive comments about Healthy Paws - you won't regret it!
