no complaints. nationwide is quick and accurate in their services. i would have given 10 stars if the policy was cheaper as it increases considerably each year, but i'm still happy with it.

Your expensive but your turn around time to pay a claim has improved dramatically.
The coverage is expensive but they cover what they say and pay claims quickly. They have different levels of coverage and I have the maximum for two cats. You break even financially on day to day vet visits. But when there is an emergency or crisis, you make out. It's really great for pet peace of mind to know that you will have help on say a 5K vet bill.

Very happy with the coverage and customer service.
I enrolled my dog when I first adopted him. He is now 8 years old and through the years the coverage has gotten even better. More things are covered including his medications. I highly recommend pet insurance from Nationwide.

Nationwide is pricey, but they deliver.
We have two older dogs, and decided to get pet insurance after both from needed surgery. Sure enough, the dogs continued to have health problems and at this point the insurance has more than paid for itself. That being said, our premiums went up significantly from 2019 to 2020. Not real happy about that.

Reliable, strongly recommended
I have a 3 year old Miniature Poodle and a middle-aged (exact age unknown) Lhasa Apso mixed breed. The first had developed several medical complications in his first year, which incurred substantial expense in state of the Art veterinary care and diagnostic expenses. All were covered by ASPCA pet insurance, and they did not increase the premium or terminate the plan in the subsequent years. My dogs are both in good health now, sans some minor illnesses like allergy, ear infections etc. I feel confident that if they fall sick, Heaven forbid, ASPCA Pet Insurance will be there to support. I recommend this company to every pet parent for peace of mind,

Very convenient and coverage is great
I compared a lot of different pet insurances and this was an extremely reliable price and so far I have been reimbursed for all fees with the exception of the deductible. The claims are very easy to submit and the turnaround time is very fast to when I submit a claim to when I receive my reimbursement. There is also an option to just link your bank account to receive the money electronically which is fast and convenient. I am very happy with the customer service I have received.

Arbitrary reimbursement
I submit claims and get random arbitrary funds reimbursed. I pay for the insurance and the vet charges their fees and I get paid some partial amt based on some negotiated rate that didn't involve me. Insurance is a scam, but what can I do?

Insurance is a Life Saver
Insurance has been a life saver for us! We have been able to affordably ensure our dog is always in the best health able to afford to take care of anything he needs. More than anything it has allowed us to always have peace of mind that we are always in a position to care for our dog rather than worrying about vet costs.
