Nothing negative to say about our experience with Nationwide!
My sister recommended Nationwide Pet Insurance to my fiancé and I immediately after we rescued our bulldog/boxer mix. We have had nothing but phenomenal and efficient service from Nationwide and not a day goes by that we are not thankful for deciding to insure Atlas here. Due to having a rescue with high needs, our insurance has already paid for itself many times over. While I have never spoken to a representative directly, I cannot say that we've ever even had the need to. Claims are submitted quickly as this process is very user friendly. So far we have never had to dispute any claims, they've all been addressed appropriately within their policy and procedures. The money is directly deposited into our account within no more than 2-3 days after the claim was submitted. For anyone seeking pet insurance, I'm very quick to recommend Nationwide. Premiums are unbeatable and we have full coverage!

It Not All About the Money, They Truly Care
My employer started offering Nationwide Pet Insurance after a lot of the employees including myself asked about it. I compared it to may other pet insurances and found Nationwide did it better. We have both of our dogs covered to include preventive services and have filed a claim about five times. I am amazed at how fast they pay out a claim and we receive a reimbursement check. I would recommend them to anyone considering pet insurance. Check it out for yourself, I think you will be pleased.

Happy with my insurance
So far so great! I just paid over $900 for my dog’s dental cleaning and the Nationwide insurance company paid over $800 yo cover the cost. This is great. 5 y ago I paid $1000 for his dental cleaning and with no insurance, I got back nothing. With Nationwide insurance in my hand, I feel more confident and comfortable to take my both dogs for any medical care to their vet.

Very Pleased!
When we first took our dog home a few years ago, I went with a pet insurance company that was highly rated online. 1 year later I was burned by them doubling our monthly premiums despite having ZERO long term complications with our dog. Only routine vet visits. I made the switch due to my company offering an employee deal. I was very hesitant to go with a large insurance company, assuming that Nationwide was going to be much more focused on their larger book of business (Home, Auto, Etc.) Since switching to Nationwide I have been amazed each step of the way. They are very quick with handling claims and every customer service representative I have spoken to have been incredible. I am very happy with my switch!

Your product is bait & switch style extortion
I am entirely appalled by the service (or rather lack thereof) and the litigation required for the correct reimbursement amount. The point of this insurance is to reduce the overall cost of medical care for my pet and you have failed to show any value in your product. I am getting tired of wasting my to get what sales guaranteed. This needs to be made right!

Very happy with Nationwide and it’s coverage. Never had pet insurance on my other pets and so regretted that. With our newest pet, Lily, I knew it was a great idea to get her coverage, and that Nationwide was the best choice.

Awesome pet insurance that pays quickly and has great customer service!
After the initial review of records from the vet that took about 2 months for Nationwide to process after we signed up for pet insurance, all claims have been processed very quickly. Customer service answers the phone quickly and are very helpful and knowledgeable. Getting this pet insurance from Nationwide is the best thing we could have done for our dog. She has gotten into something in the dirt in our yard three times and had horrible diarrhea twice and vomiting the last time for 9 days! She was very sick all 3 times and each visit was over $1,000 vet bill. Nationwide processed the claim after it was submitted and deposited the money in our account in 2-3 days. I have never experienced this kind of service from an insurance company ever before for people or animals!! Faxing the claim form with vet notes and bill is very easy and the online account access is very helpful too. The hospital I work at offered Nationwide Pet Insurance almost 3 years ago and signing up is one of the best decisions we've ever made. There are a few different plans you can purchase but we got the prevention and illness/injury plan and our premium has barely gone up even though we have had many claims. I have also talked with a few colleagues that have also got plans for their pets and we all raved about this wonderful insurance plan!! Thank you so much Nationwide for a wonderful experience! Always easy!
I have two pets, and one is insured by Nationwide and one for another company. I much prefer the Nationwide plan, coverage and claims experience. They cover more and at a lower price than my other dog's company. I will probably switch to have both dogs on Nationwide in the near future. Claims are easy, fast, and with generous re-payment. I don't feel like their penny pinching me! I feel like I am getting what I pay fo!
