Plans over the phone can be confusing
Understanding the offerings over the phone, when the website doesn't show all the configurations, is very, very confusing! I got through it, but not having comparable and all options easily available to select or follow along with an agent was a terrible experience

To be fair
To be fair, the rating should also be shared for me. Lack of due diligence on my part. Should have paid more attention. I may have realized I was signing on to pay hundredsof dollars in premiums for the return of getting to pay hundreds of dollars on deductibles. Silly me. January 16 edit. Unfortunately I can not call you. I am on an extended visit to Asia. Is there a way you can call me online? Thank you for your speedy reply. I tried to call up that address. I am blocked. Is it just me, or all of Korea?
