I recommend your service to everyone I can. Your service has allowed us to spend extended times with our past pets we would not have had without you. Just knowing we can do everything and anything we may need to keep our fur babies healthy, is a great comfort to us.

Underwriting doesn't approve you until you submit your first claim
I applied for this insurance at the end of January 2020 they told me to fax in medical records that I had and I did. They told me that underwriting would be done with my review by the 14th of February. I scheduled an appointment for the 19th. Not only did they not process my payment until after his first appointment but they refuse to cover a pre-existing condition that didn't exist on his original medical records. This is a total scam. They appear to be the least expensive. They appear to cover a lot more than the others. But they will find a way to make you pay more

Existing conditions need to be reviewed!
I did not have insurance. the first time I took my puppy to the vet, there was a spot on his belly and it was documented as allergies! I tried to appeal although nothing. This is not fair!
