Grateful I had insurance!
Since I've needed insurance for both dogs I always recommend. I like to say to friends. Just hope you never need to send in a claim!! That's my goal! With your pets never needing surgery or other help! But since I've needed I'll never go without Trupanion

Nothing is ever perfect.
Nothing is ever perfect. Plus this company is fairly new, and there is always room to grow and change. I have personally printed and distributed Trupanion website information to 12 of my friends that live in my apartment complex. On a different topic, I was having difficulty creating an account on the Trupanion website and Harmony my (Trupanion Representative) was professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. Thank you Harmony! One suggestion for improvement would be to issue Pet Insurance Medical cards to carry with you.
