I met with a nutritionist after our 5-year-old adorable MorkiePoo had a flare-up of her IBD symptoms. We had to take her to the ER one night and then urgent care another but we still needed practical advice on reviewing and changing her IBD diet. The nutritionist I met with (Dr. Zanaga) was extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. We are now ordering a complete Royal Canin z/d prescription dry dogfood to supplement Bella's home-cooked meals, which by themselves were not cutting it. And we are relieved to be on the right track, slowly introducing it to her over many days. Anyway, we appreciated the doctor and plan to connect with him again as Bella improves.
