Obtained most of the information I needed the only thing was a reference to models for justifying sustained increases in premiums over time even though the cost of visits to the vet has not been going up.

Scam scam scam I cancelled my policy in 2015, notified I was still being charged in 2019 and it’s 2020. I’m still paying
I had insurance for my adopted adult dog through PCPetInsurance. I cancelled it in 2015, yet in 2019 I was still getting charged. I notified and sent proof of the cancellation in 2019 and I am still being charged. The dog died in 2019. I am paying insurance for a dead dog that had no claims.
