The woman on the phone was just great. I chose that number for her. But I've not used Trupanion insurance Service for my pet so I can't rate you on any other interaction I have had. But yes the woman on the phone was very nice and knew how to help me.

I was given a free 1 month trial from the e breeder to be activated 24 hours after the puppy was brought home. I tried to activate it and it was difficult to do so. I was told I would be called back in 24 hours to activate the free month and was not. Al in all not the end of the world. I signed up anyways.
