Great pet insurance if you want to get ripped off. The first year was great then they increased the rate by 1/3 % even though they claim your price is locked in. Go elsewhere!!!!

Don't Buy This Insurance
I am not normally someone who writes reviews or complaints of a business, but Pet's Best Insurance was so egregious in their blatant lack of service, I need to warn others they are nothing more than a scam. They claim their policies cover basic veterinary care and diagnostics, yet they deny every claim submitted to them without any honest or thorough reasoning. So if your pet has a more serious issue, definitely don't count on them covering anything. Their business model is quite clearly to be the insurance company who denies all claims and keep collecting their monthly rate until the policy holder cancels. They never pick up the phone, are impossible to correspond with, and take weeks to review any claims filed. Do not buy this insurance! They will not help your pet and are only trying to take money from you.

Nice staff, zero reimbursement
Very nice staff and ease of filing claims. Zero transparency in denial of claim, and no appeal process. They take the payments happily, and provide no service .. all with a smile. Time to switch to Nation Wide that my last dog had ... zero issues.
