Great service, transparency, and very pleasant personnel. However - fees and deductibles are expensive; exclusions are frustrating. I would encourage friends to shop around.

I had gotten the recommendation from my vet. I came home went online and got a quote, did not sign up at that time. Hours later got a message saying that since I had just brought my new puppy to the vet you would waive 30 day waiting period. Followed link in email, kept going to previous quote. After I signed up, got email saying I had a 30 day waiting period. I continued to receive emails telling me that I was eligible for waiving the 30 day waiting period but I had to sign up soon. I had already signed up, but the link from the email would only send me back to original quote. HAD TO CALL to find out why the offer wasn't honored. I was told that I would receive a new policy showing that the 30 days was waived. I have NOT received a copy of the new policy yet. My Policy # is TU0003787583. And as I said, I have yet to recieve the offer I was told I was eligible for. I can't give it a better rating due to it not honoring the offer.

I have had this insurance since May 2019 and my dog was 12 years old.
I have had this insurance since May 2019 and my dog was 12 years old. I have never filed a claim before but now when he needs an MRI for muscle weakness in his hind legs it was denied. They say it was pre-existing.
