Just started with MetLife. After a few hic ups on my part and some communication issues I find it pretty easy and efficient. This is my first time ever getting pet insurance so I just need to be patient. Thank you. I would recommend MetLife.

It took several attempts to complete the application, each time I moved to prior page, I had to complete the page I’d already completed again and again and again. I have no experience yet with the company, my policy or coverage or customer service.

I have sent 4 emails to Pumpkin asking for information about medical records. 11/16, 11/27, 12/6, 12/12/2025 I have not heard ANYTHING from them. I'm concerned..if they don't respond to a simple email, what would happen if I had a claim??
