The 'not covered' policy regarding the pet chewing on an item more than twice in the 18 months prior to getting coverage is not appropriate. My puppy only 4-6 months old when she had any issues. 3 years later, coverage is denied when it is actually needed.

As far as I could find the claim form is not accessible for those of us who are blind and depend on a screen reader to read and complete documents independently.
As far as I could find, the claim form is not accessible for those of us who are blind and depend on a screen reader to read and complete documents independently. Pdf files are usually not accessible. I was forced to save it as a word file, in order to enter information on my computer. I also was not sure of some of the items.
