I moved 9 months ago and recently updated my address and my rate went down.
I moved 9 months ago and recently updated my address, and my rate went down. I was told I couldn’t have credit for all the months since moved. I offered to send a copy of my closing date on house we bought. I was told that’s against policy. If I can’t get credit I will look into switching companies. Horrible policy.
