well/ i've never made a claim/ but i have heard the best things about trupanion. i feel SECURE that if ever my guys had a health emergency that trupanion would be there for us !!!! you are always easy to get a hold of, which also means a lot.......not a lot of dreadful talking machines that you get with most companies now-a-days.
