because it gave me yesterday so much problem that I got so confused as I want to write in some of those question and it did not let me do it I was so upset about that that I did not want tolet me finish something I was not sure about that.That was enough for me & did not trust the whole thing about you

the operators are very nice and helpful when you call them on the phone. I just wish that it had been clearer that when you add another pet you have to pay another fee for that extra dog. I believed that you were just able to add another dog, not another payment monthly for another dog. I wish this had been explained better than it had been. Very misleading, only the registration fee was waived, not an extra payment for another dog. That was a bit unexpected.
