I was so pleased with the representative that helped me transfer my new pet's information to my own policy for him. She was informative and very helpful. I haven't needed to use Trupanion for my new dog but I feel it will go smoothly when and if I need to. With the rising costs of medical treatments for animals I'm happy to have this insurance.
